They took my phone in to repair, made me pay for it when I shouldn't have and now neither myself of apple support team cannot get hold of this store at all. They still have my phone and its been half a month now. If you want good service from Apple DO NOT go here. Update : apple actually lost my phone. I handed it in to be repaired in July and did not get a phone back u til September. Bought a Google phone as the service was so poor and I'm so glad I did.
This is exactly what you would expect at an Apple shop. Spacious and busy with a good number of staff on the floor who know their products.If your questions are not within their knowledge, or if you have the"technical problems or need repairs or service they will arrange a consultation at the Genius Bar.I had prebooked an appointment to have thed battery in my phone replaced and was met and seen to one time.The work was explained and expectations set. This service is to a high standard.
I purchased a brand new iPhone XS Max it turned out to be faulty out of the box. Took it to the store and asked for a replacement. I was told that i will have to wait 5-6 days as the phone had to be sent to the depot for inspection. Today is the day I was support to get my phone back and I haven't received it. Trying to call the store since past hour but no response, they aren't even attending my call. I called apple central support and a very rude representative told me he can not provide me with repair status. Worst service ever! No wonder apple is losing sales...
Avoid the weekend as its very busy. Manager was very good at dealing with my technical issue. Other staff certainly the two I dealt with struggled with basic customer service. Almost felt they found themselves overwhelmed with speaking to so many people one after the other. Its probably the first time I felt let down by high Apple standards.
Great service apart from accidentally cancelling our genius appointment and leaving us sat there. It was a busy day so it was understandable. Genuinely was great other than that.
