I find the mark of a company is not how well they deal with a sale, but how they deal with problems beyond that. Having had multiple issues with a tv that I bought I have to say KC have been great. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating in how they have helped to rectify the problem. Fantastic service and a very friendly bunch.Highly recommended.

Just wanted to say thanks for the first class service. I recently bought a 55"LG TV which developed a fault after a month KC could not have better in sorting out the problem, Ronnie was brilliant a credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending KC sound to anyone for great prices and customer service.

I've bought two TVs from this company in the last couple of years and been thoroughly satisfied each time. The first was perfect for what i required, and the price was unbeatable.The second TV had some colour issues, but the customer service from KC Sound and Vision was exceptional; they arranged pickup and communicated through every step of the process and arranged a replacement in super fast time.I will continue to use this company in future for TVs and highly recommend others do too.
