Their understanding about audio visual equipment is excellent and they have the important advantage of being an independent supplier and thus have no brand loyalty. I have to give a special mention about Tom who came to my house to advise me on the best equipment for my rooms and then see through the order to the extent of price matching a discounted price from a rival retailer and arranging a private courier to deliver my goods on the day and time I was happy with at no additional cost (And I am not talking about a 2 hour window but the exact time I wanted my delivery). Brilliant team, great store and will use them in the future.
Top products, top service: I decided to buy a high-end sound bar (1,000+) and rang around all the electronic stores in Kingston. Richer Sounds was the only one with the item in stock. I had Daniel on the phone, who reserved it for me to pick it up 1h later. When I got there I got served immediately by Daniel promptly and professionally, which is something no online retailer can do and I have learned to appreciate.
