The only decent rock/metal bar left in the area.. Seen some great bands play here

I've never felt so welcomed before. Great place, great people, great music. Go there.
It may look like a rough and ready spit and sawdust type of boozer, but the staff are friendly, the drinks are cheap, rhe jukebox will play what you want if you've got the patience to wait for your record to come up, and the pool table is awesome to play on, only it is a little bit cramped sometimes if the ball is on the cushion! I would advise avoiding a night when there is a live band / comedian unless you like crowds though!!It can be very popular!!
Quirky small venue for stand-up comedy. Some big names trying out new stuff and some very good unknowns. Occasionally one that is not so good. Usually a good night overall at low cost.
