Sarah and her team are the ultra professionals of the sales and letting world. We undertake their heating and plumbing works and we regularly hear from tenants when we call to make the appointment "Oh we only told them just now". They get onto any issues tenants have straight away which as we all know, Happy tenant = happy landlord/lady!! They don't just spend landlords/ladies money loosely though. If they can show the tenant how to top the pressure up for example to save a call out they will do so. If you are a landlord/lady and looking for an agent, STOP LOOKING and call Sarah now!
We have had an awful experience with Saxon Kings in Kingston, and found them to be unprofessional from start to finish. We eventually decided to use an alternative estate agent after we waited 10 mins outside a property for a viewing, only to be called and told the person showing us the property is running late and will only be able to arrive within 20 minutes (total wait time of 30mins). I understand people run late, but 30 mins isnt acceptable especially as we had already had a poor experience with Saxon Kings prior to this moment. First, second and third impressions count, and Saxon Kings failed on all three. Without even seeing any of their properties they already come across as unprofessional, untrustworthy and incompetent I dread to think what their property management services are like.EDITI have just seen your response below. The reason you do not see me in your records is because my girlfriend arranged it. Trust me, I am not getting confused with another company.
