My husband and I have found Curchods to be the absolute best estate agents to work with! They have always taken care of us as tenants and really helped us out from the beginning when we were looking to move house. They are professional, reliable and more importantly, kind! My husband and I are sadly having to relocate due to funds as we want to buy our own house one day but if we could, we would've stayed in our current place let by Curchods for years. Kat (our agent) is wonderful and we are really hoping to be back with them soon in the near future. Cannot recommend them enough.
Rebecca is really helpful in accommodating our negotiation/inspections during the negotiation process before the exchange of the contract. Without her the transaction may not be completed, although not everything went well but we thank her for her works and Curchods for doing the best they can. Would definitely recommend both buyer and seller when it comes to moving in your next property.
