Good and BadThe good bit. The staff were communicative and helpful when it came to finding a property. After this point I dealt directly with the landlord which was equally positive.The bad bit. There were a number of charges that I thought were unfair including a fee to provide a reference for my new landlord (when I moved out). Also an automatic increase in the rent is written into the tenancy agreement.
Excellent!!! We had an outstanding experience with them. People were very friendly and easy going .They did everything as much as they can. I highly recommends everyone who is looking for a place to live.
