Good store if you like Timberland.I went on a very busy day, however the young ladies in the store were attentive to customers. Good stock of models and sizes.Unfortunately I was called for an emergency at work so I left the shoes on the counter, apologies to staff who were left wondering.
I would give them a 0 star if I could!Rude staff, rude store manager and very poor customer service.I tried to buy a pair of shoes that were on sale for 115 but unfortunately after finally deciding to purchase these I was confronted with a total of 199 at the the till. I was not rude, but informed the retailer of the advertised price but was met with an abrupt denial. The lady on the till then swiftly directed this to another member of staff who very sharply, and rather rudely, accused myself of 're-labelling' this item. I will confidently request a CCTV intervention in this store for the proof of not changing over any label tags whilst I was present in this store. However, as this product had been labelled as such a price, it is unacceptable to deceivingly then charge a larger price after a customer has committed their money to through go and buy item.
I have genuinely never experienced customer service as bad as in the Kingston store. Having bought a pair of boots a week ago, one of the boots liner has come unstuck, I took the boots into the store to sort the problem and was told it was the way I was wearing the boots! Im only aware of one way of wearing a pair of boots. I was told by the advisor that he couldnt do anything and I would have to come back in when the senior manager was in. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me, as I had no way of knowing who he was I decided to take a picture with my phone. When he realised Id taken his photo he turned hostile and refused to let me leave the store, he actually physically blocked be from leaving! Seriously this guy is a joke!He then called security! What sort of training do you give your staff as this was so bad it was actually laughable. 10 out of 10 for being hopeless at resolving problems!I might add that security werent interested and told him to stop being ridiculous!
