A small store in Kingston but they had just what I was looking for - warm gloves, and a choice of 2 styles in the right size and an extra 20% reduction in the sale. A very pleasant and helpful sales assistant.

I'm a regular at this branch of Rohan. I shop here for the clothes, which I find comfortable, long-lasting and well worth the price tag (definitely helps to be signed up to their catalogue the vouchers are v handy!). I also shop here for the customer service, which I find to be consistently great. In fact, I shop here so often that I know most of the team on a first-name basis: Michelle, Christian, Alan, Alex and the lovely Uzma thank you for being so warm and welcoming each time I visit. You are a pleasure to deal with polite, diligent, patient and incredibly knowledgable when it comes to the stock. Signed, a very satisfied, long-time repeat customer.
