Great, friendly and helpful staff.
The older staff members in the store closest to the train station are rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I saw them quite obviously taking the piss out of another customer the last time I was there. They obviously have a chip on their shoulder about something. They don't care about the customer at all.My brothers and I have probably spent thousands between us at this store over the years, but we've all stopped shopping here because of the poor service.

I definitely recommend you buy your casual shoes and school bag from here. Their shoes are a bit expensive, but they offer an insane range and are very high quality. Everything here fits to a hipster/skater trend, and the shop is amazing to look at. The staff are also very helpful with fitting and helping you choose.
Store has a lot of variety and nic designs for decent prices. The staff is very friendly and helped me with any questions I may have had.
