Sigma Sports is the best cycle shop I have found and it's worth the trip to visit if you want quality customer service. They also price match, so don't be afraid that you'll be paying through the nose for it!I made the trip here to get some new cycling shoes and was served by a fantastic bloke called Nick Dendy. He spent a long time with me getting my shoes right, letting me trying on various pairs, various brands and several insoles until I found the shoe for me. The advice given was also fantastic. I can't thank him enough for the service.Secondly I've placed orders online and had to call up to amend. The people on the phones who deal with this are incredibly nice and accommodating. Basically Sigma Sports is how brick and mortar cycle stores are going to survive move to online shopping. Give it a visit.
Smart shop with a lot of very nice stuff let down badly by indifferent to down right rude staff. I want to like Sigma Sports still as it is my local shop but I have finally given up. The staff treat click and collect like a personal insult. I don't have to buy from you. Competitors price match and some offer better loyalty discounts, guess where I am taking my business...In the words of Radiohead, you used to be alright, what happened?

Often the staff in bike shops aren't that knowledgeable and just say whatever they can to make a sale. Not so at Sigma - the people who work here really, really know their stuff and can give expert advice on seemingly any topic. Very impressive.
Jimmy was excellent, his knowledge, experience and support was 1st class.
