My boyfriend visited this Auto centre over 2 weeks ago for full service, because his service light was on.When he picked up the car he immediately noticed that the rear bumper on his 3 year old BMW is VERY BADLY SCRATCHED and that the service light was still on - even after a supposed full service!When he asked the staff for explanation about the massive scratch, he was told that they can't do anything, and that he need to contact the customer service.He called the customer service the next day. He was told that it will take 3-5 days for them to get back to him.After 1 week of no news we called them only to find out that no one even looked at this incident!When someone finally decided to assist us it was another week for Halfords to come back to him.To this day he drives with a scratched car and service light on.He received an email today saying that if he wants the service light not to be on, he need to come to the auto centre and pay an additional 37 if he wants this done.UNBELIEVABLE!!!!HE PAID 219 FOR A FULL SERVICE SO HIS SERVICE LIGHT GO OFF AND HIS CAR WOULD BE SAFE.HE RECEIVED DAMAGED CAR, AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE ASKING HIM TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 37 TO THE "FULL SERVICE" HE RECEIVED, WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED.THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! AVOID LIKE FIRE!
