Brilliant service. Called them on a Sunday after to enquire about fixing my daughters bike. I was in the shop an hour later with the puncture and brakes fixed. I sat in the lovely cafe watching with a coffee. Highly recommended.
I had a wheel trued by them the work was top notch. Staff were very friendly and engaging. They picked up the phone right away and were able to get accept the job the same day, with a call the next day to let me know it was done. I passed the store many times I had assumed it was just road bikes, but they also have plenty of mountain bikes and MTB knowledge. The cafe looked nice. I managed to resist temptation today, but I've already suggested to my wife we should stop by for cake and coffee.There are plenty of 1hr free parking bays around the shop that makes it very handy to pop in.
Amazing service. Tried a few bikes over the course of a couple of months and they were very patient and just seemed to want me to get the bike that was right for me, not force me into a purchase. Ended up with an absolute cracker, couldn't be happier. They even helped me with a stuck pedal on the old bike. Highly recommended if you want a proper bike from a proper shop.

Bought a De Rosa from this shop in Kingston. Staff were very helpful, informative and can tell they all like riding/racing. Bike is in amazing condition and am very pleased with the price. Had issues with the set-up of the bike which was remedied by a refund of the costs from the workshop which happened the same day, so cannot fault the way they handled the situation. Top quality and will hopefully be returning. Thank you!
