I dropped off my bike for a service today and it was ready by 2pm. Really pleased with everything and they were more than happy to give some informative feedback on a few components that needed to be replaced. Very knowledgable, trustworthy advice, nice people, good service. Just how things should be!
I went here after reading all the positive reviews. I had noticed my rear wheel has cracked and a spoke had pulled out of the rim, so I emailed Alex with some photos and he suggested it would probably need replacing. Popped down to the shop today and within half an hour I had a new wheel for much less than I was expecting to pay. Alex also said my gears will probably benefit from refurbishment which I'm more than happy to do when I have a bit more cash. Genuinely friendly, helpful and quick service. I'll be using them from now on for anything bike related I need.
A brilliant local bike shop (LBS). Fixed my hydraulic brakes very effectively diagnosing an odd problem. Also changed the brakes. All for 33. Very good value. Another shop had been unable to look at these brakes. Very grateful. Honest, competent bike shop, good prices - what's not to like?!
