I stayed in June and the place was lovely. The service was second to none and we loved walking around the Stately Homes grounds. There are sometimes good deals for this hotel if you look around.

Wonderful hotel, the welcome, the room and service were all excellent. Booked full board and were surprised with a complimentary bottle of prosecco that we had in the bar by the fire. If you are looking for a hotel in this area I highly recommend this one.

We have just experienced the most stressful and unprofessional service at Warren House. After a ridiculous amount of our time spent on sorting payments at this hotel due to their own error, we have now been charged twice!!!! At a time when we needed a place to relax between medical appointments, this hotel has made our situation much more stressful. We are waiting to see how they resurrect this and how we are compensated, this is completely unacceptable. Terrible terrible service, especially by the duty manager Ahmed last night who did nothing, stood there and mumbled a few words and left his staff to sort this out for us!!!! --- WHICH THEY HAVE NOT DONE!

Hidden Gem, booked a Afternoon tea as a surprise for my wife's birthday. Ample Parking, The tea was excellent (I am a fussy tea drinker, it HAS to be perfect!!)as were the Sandwiches, Cakes & Pastries. Warm & Friendly Staff. Priced at 24.99 each this was very good value for money. You were served extra sandwiches & tea if you asked at no extra charge. We had a afternoon tea at Harrods a few years ago apart from the price which was expensive, the food was mediocre, I guess you are just paying for the name and the boasting rights! Warren House blew Harrods out of the water. Will be back soon & highly recommended to friends & family.
