Good place to stay in Kingston, short walk to shops, restaurants, bars and river. Very friendly run hotel and lovely breakfast. Always stay here for the Christmas market. Room 5 overlooks the river with no traffic noise and is en suite. Reasonably priced.
Trisha is a great person, i still owe her 10 since 2 years ago, because i didn't have enough cash with me and it was 5 in morning and I'm about to leave london.And also it was my second time in London and in this hotel.Highly recommend

I have stayed here on multiple occasions in a single room, double room with ensuite and twin room without ensuite. I have found the rooms all to be clean tidy and comfortable, with tea/coffee facilities and a TV in each room. The breakfast that is included in the price is good and the cooked breakfast which you can customise depending what you fancy is always welcomed. The stairs are quite steep and the floors slightly uneven due to age of the building so some care would be required if less mobile.I would recommend to anyone looking for a well priced B&B in Kingston.
