AVOID HEATHER BRYAN!!!! Doesnt care and will do anything to get you out the door. Refuses to examin a lump of mine because of my age!!! (20 at the time) she said the chances of me having any kind of lump that will cause harm at my age is minor and the examination will be a waste of time.... my new drs surgery did the exam found a horrifically infected tonsil which had spread into my lymph nodes and the exam took about 20 seconds.... AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGUE!!!
Minimum wait for an appointment is 2-3 weeks and minimum wait to even speak to somone is 30-45 minutes... the place is a joke. They don't take anyone seriously. I requested a eximanation due to a lump I had found in my neck wear I was then told I dont have anything to worry about as im "not old enough" I was absolutly disgusted at this but the more and more I go there the more I see a lack of care or professionalism. Finilly moved Drs surgery and wow the diference is night and day!!! Dont fall for this lot! Find a new surgery right away!
Calling at 11am and not answering a call for half an hour.. you kidding me? I would understand if it's a busy time like 8am when everyone is calling to get an app,but 11am? Really? And in general receptionist rude and cold, make you wait a lot and does not pick up the phone. Please avoid.
Terrible surgery for people with mental health, if they cared, they would check on them. Not leave them to die.
