Lovely people behind the desk, helpful everyone I'm in there.

The positive point about this GP practice is that you can get an appointment if you call them in a same day. It helps me a lot cause I can go and see doctor if I have an urgent need however some of the doctors are not very polite and I think its not professional as a health care doctor I expect the kindness and politeness which this go practice disinterested meet the requirement .Apart from treatment first characteristic of a doctor is to having a calm and helpful manner not to make a judgment about a patient. It happens for me with one of the GPs here .

Rude front office staff. The middle aged lady with short blond hair (Trish?) is absolutely nasty and unhelpful. The last thing you need when you're unwell is a horrible person.

Shuts 3 minutes early. Had to pick up prescription and they're shut over the weekend. This surgery is a constant disappointment with their lack of sympathy and robotic pre-rehearsed responses, it makes for an upsetting experience having to visit the doctors. If you're 1 minute late (after filling in information on their screen) you won't be seen and that's that. Can't wait to move surgerys and I hope this gets sorted once and for all as I'm constantly feeling upset because of the staff's responses, in an environment that is supposed to provide comfort and understanding.

Rude staff even for a KU graduate. I've gone through the rude telephone calls with the GP staff but being an alumni to still have the same treatment and paying 9k a year and still be treated with utmost disrespect is unacceptable. Bad performance and customer service. Firstly, don't correct your patient to where they live. You can't be ignorant and keep telling them they live somewhere else when they don't. Secondly, they are university students who can comprehend where you are coming from, be patient and answer the phone with equal respect. Thirdly, you are paid by the NHS to give and make sure all your patients are receiving a good quality of care. That includes making sure handing over their medical records on time to avoid delays. Do your job properly and treat your patients with respect. I didn't pay 9k and chose Kingston university to be treated with a low standard GP practice!
