Fantastic Service from Nurses and Doctors
Is the best doctors in Kingston! I can always get an appointment and if they are fully booked they book me an appointment at Kingston health centre! I never wait past my appointment time if Im early I normally get seen early! Every doctor are spot in and deals with you efficiently ! Except one doctor who dosnt need to be named but we all no who he is!My nan mother and myself and now my daughter are there 4 generation later and still support them!
I'll have to be honest. I had a poor experience with Dr Norris in particular, brushing aside any concerns I had before an pre-existing illness worsened without any meaningful direction that I had asked for. Gives GPs a bad name.
Don't recognise these negative reviews. I've always been able to get an appointment on short notice. The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful. You can get blood tests done on site. They have a good system and great staff for monitoring diabetes. I've always found Dr Parrish good at giving a good diagnosis and solution.
A very poorly run centre which frankly gives the NHS a bad name. There is horrific administration and in my experience the GP just didn't care or want to know. This was my first negative experience of the NHS and hopefully my last one, will be seeking a transfer to a different centre.
