Took my car in for some suspension issues after failing the MOT at the Local council, car was fixed and ready by the afternoon, MOT passed the next morning I couldn't ask for more, very happy with Joseph for getting me back on the road. Great service and I will definitely be back in the future.
What a pleasure! Good old fashioned service with up to date technical know how and a "can do" attitude. And honesty and fair pricing on to of that. One of the nicest "local garages" I have visited for a long time. Been using Joseph and his team for over a year - stumbled on the negative reviews and wondered if they had visited the same garage..........So thought I'd write this.
I would strongly advise avoiding this garage (and Joe the manager) at all costs,,,, I went here to fix a simple problem but was overcharged dramatically, then I was refused a receipt (until I paid even more to cover his the VAT!!!),.. Unfortunately I then noticed my car had also been damaged (badly scratched bumper) while the car was with the garage (presumably this happened when the car was left in the adjacent car park). Upon pointing out the damage to Joe he became very rude, angry and even aggressive - I felt like calling the police...Save yourself the stress and avoid this dodgy back street garage. I'm sure the Inland Revenue will catch up with his tax avoiding soon!
