The Guys were great and honest. Passed MOT on my 2010 audi a4. I thought it would fail since you always have the thought of garages trying to rip you off by changing something not needed.
Horrific service. Cancel appointment at the last minute and simple dont care about the customer. Head office doesnt respond either. Dont use them if you value your time
The member of staff I spoke to today was extremely rude, he quoted GDPR as a reason not to confirm if they changed a cambelt on a car they had previously serviced. Honestly it's not as if I was after a specific persons personal data!!!I can understand he probably could not be bothered to look up this information but to quote legislation in this way is clearly a fob off.I won't be returning to Halfords any time soon.
