The PTI security system from VPS security is separated from BY.The intelligence and the value of stolen property indicate criminal simply stole customer pin code to gain access to the building, no hacking involved. Hence, on the Users Activity Report (entry log to storage building) is shown as entered by customer instead of forcible entry.POTENTIAL VICTIMSCriminals familiar with the building layout. They observe each storage room entry activity for months to year(s) (via office computers). They target rooms entries that are inactive overtime (half a year and more), the customer would not aware or to check the record of entry, no longer aware of the property at the storage, or the inventory for insurance is out-of-date. Overtime customer from these types of inactive storage room might have false or loss of memory of the missing items in the locked room ( also with the increase of false memory, psychological loading and use verbal manipulation or blaming by criminals, analysis below). Together with the risk-free from security and inactivity aggravate opportunistic crime.VULNERABLE PAD LOCKSCriminals are very familiar with the layout of each storage floor. It enables them to study each pad lock for each room, mark the ones are ready to burglar (study and observe at a risk-free space from being arrested). They have professional lock picking skills to force entry the rooms without physically damaging the property. Criminals also purchase the two Big Yellow Locks to practice lock picking. Hence, when the room passes plans above together with weak locks, they enter the stolen pin code to commit a risk-free crime.EXPLICIT HUMAN MISTAKESEvery individual would come across to forgetting where they last put the item. When reported the items have gone missing. The response was irresponsibility and blame all on customer. YOU left the storage door open and left, you left the items on the trolley, forgot where to put the items, took it away. This is psychological manipulation for client to self-correct instead of investigating the scenario logically. It also induces false memory to self-blame the missing item. It thus conceal the crime. Explicit the disabled alarm, explicit checking inventory without consent, Insult and attack client.

I was shown around by Jessica who was absolutely amazing and was great to deal with her.

Very professional approach, fast and friendly service, I highly recommend Kingston Big Yellow Storage.

Todd at big yellow was really really helpful in helping us find a space that suited our needs. He was also very friendly and polite, and absolute delight to deal with.

Tod Aaron Jess were really helpful, and helped me choose the most perfect sized boxes that I need to move to my new studio appartment.
