Been using Access about 3 months now and seems all good. Entry 24/7 with a fairly decent security system and gates so no worries about the safety of my goods. Friendly staff and well kept yards and warehouse. Would definitely recommend their services.
Although initially, the Kingston storage staff were very helpful and gave me a good deal, it has been my experience that their accounting systems are very poor .I have been overcharged by a significant amount which was taken from my account, then, after requesting (several times) for a refund, they in fact took the same amount out again! Despite many increasingly frustrating calls, this has not been rectified. I have had several promises that the money would be returned, to no avail . Now they refuse to answer my calls!

I've been to this facility twice. Right next to the Norbiton station, which is handy for trains from Waterloo and Shepperton/Richmond. It's what you expect a self storage place to be.
