After getting engaged, with an Earnest Jones ring might I add, I purchased both my fiances and my wedding rings from this store in Kingston Bentells. At the time, I asked about getting my engagement ring cleaned, as it had tarnished slightly. I was told by multiple members of staff, that this could be done and as we had bought the rings for our wedding from there this would be done for free as well as we were spending so much with them. They suggested that we left it until closer to the wedding so it did not tarnish again in between. I asked when we should do this, and they said 2 weeks before the wedding.When we went 3 weeks later to collect our wedding bands we asked again and they repeated the instruction. They even wrote on the recipt that we could have a free ring cleaning.Today, 3 and half weeks before our wedding, my fiance took my engagement ring in. Only to be told that they would not clean it for free, despite us producing the receipt with this written on. And in addition to that we had not left it long enough to clean the ring, so would have to pay even more to get it rushed through.I am beyond disgusted that they would allow their staff to lie to us so blatantly considering the amount of money we have spent with them.

Absolutely lovely dark haired Assistant sorry I don't know her name,i went in was wet and tired i looked bedraggled. only went in for silver cleaner and she treated me like I was royalty I hope you all know who she is? she's worth her weight in gold
Great store, Lara is really helpful and very knowledgeable on Breitling.Update, I have since bought a few more watches from this branch, every time I get fantastic service from Alma, TJ and Justina. I cant recommend them enough if you are looking to buy a Breitling!
