64075 pulina she is a very rude and unprofessional managers with unacceptable attitudes in serving customers. Even the other 2 manager whom at work on 03.02.2019 around 1pm they cant even speak English and they do not have any skills a typical manager has. Whats surprises me is that zara hires this lower level experienced people to represent them . Is this just because they spanish?? Or is because they work on lower rate ?? I bought a jeans 2 weeks ago and asked them to exchange it with a bigger size they didnt do it due that they didnt trust me i bought in Kingston store . They are very rude all the managers are bunch of useless people in the store not helpful unable to speak English explain things to customers in a professional manaer . I do not recommend anyone to shop at this branch in any ways...
I enjoy visiting to either browse or purchase, reasonable prices with some unusual pieces. Worth visiting.
Everything youd expect from Zara - they have womens and mens stores so a very good selection.
It's a great place for cup and pillows, rugs and blankets. But the glass is so squished together if you would grab one some would probably fall but it's gorgeous.
Tried to return a top that had a hole in it. I hadnt noticed the hole when buying. Top still had tags on, I had receipt. I had been away on holiday and used my bank card too frequently for my banks liking so they annoyingly cancelled it. Because the original card didnt work, Zara refused me a refund unless I came in with a letter from my bank (which I would have had to pay for!). When I questioned this, the cashier called over 2 other members of staff to tell me no you cannot have a refund. All were unsmiling, unapologetic, rude and aggressive. They accused me of stealing my own bank card! As there was a queue behind me listening to this, I was mortified. I left the shop shaken and upset. The top was 9, I decided it wasnt worth the trauma and upset to deal with Zara staff again. I didnt return for a refund and I didnt shop there again for about 3 years. So I recently decided to give Zara another try. I picked out some clothes to try on and took them into the changing room. I needed a different size, the sales assistant told me to fetch it myself, which I did. I came back, 20 seconds later, to find a different sales assistant walking out of the changing rooms with my bag and coat, which I had left in my cubicle. I was a bit surprised and upset by this and asked her what she was doing. She told me the fitting rooms were closed and I needed to leave! No apology, no acknowledgement that a person might believe she was stealing my stuff! Again she called her colleagues over immediately for backup when I suggested it was not ok to walk off with my bag and coat! They practically chased me out of the store.Twice now I have felt ganged up on and left the store upset and angry. I will never shop here again. It is a very strange culture where staff can be so rude to customers and the simplest little thing will cause you to be told off and insulted!
