What a different store, really lovely and welcoming staff. Not heard of the company before but loved the Thermomix and was totally impressed with what it could do. Saw a demo of the 2in1 mop and vacuum machine, so great for my open plan kitchen & dining room....... I purchased it.
I love the store, it looks very cosy and staff is very nice and welcoming. We were given to try delicious chocolates, that were prepared earlier in the day and white tea with lemon and rose petals.
I love the new Vorwerk store! Taste some yummy recipes and see the Kobold vacuum if you want your carpets smelling fresh and clean all the time :)
As an independent advisor for Kobold the shop has pleasantly surprised me. In fact if Apple did Vorwerk shops, this is exactly what it would look like. Beautifully designed and displayed, offering the shopper ample space to meander and peruse all things Vorwerk to their hearts content. With well informed, polite and smartly dressed staff on hand to answer all your questions . A wonderful shopping experience. One that will leave a lasting impression. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in the Vorwerk Store. So many amazing products that you can actually try out while youre there and I was even offered the chance to have a free at home demonstration. The Staff were very helpful and friendly and the store itself was beautiful.
