Cheap membership. Nice enough but free weights section is a bit small. Parking nearby at kingfishers car park.
2 floored gym, a few more free bar stations upstairs but generally the same kit. Water fountains are snail-like and need that pressure fixed. Good classes and staff are always happy to help
Gym definitely needs some upgrade - one bench in whole gym then like 5 useless smith machines. You can never just jump on bench as there is always a que. Also the gym stinks of piss (literally) in somr places (squat rack, stairs).... old equipment but it suffices I guess, try find another gym if you can.
Fabulous place to be. Staff all wonderful and very attentive.
Basic 24/7 gym. Convenient location but being the cheapest gym in town it also tends to attract those on the lower economic rung. Half don't speak English. Recently renovated. Can get very busy after work
