Customer service from 'Mona' was awful! Very rude and impolite attitude. She didn't ask if we wanted a bag, when we asked she was so grumpy and so so slow! She pretty much just shoved our shopping into the bag, but super slowly. Very unimpressed.
Large store which used to one of the largest in the country before out of town shopping centres expanded. Good selection of product. Easy access to the Eden walk car park at the top of the store. Two cafes.
I went there to find an item but it was sold out. What I liked about this store is the staff. They were welcoming, as soon as they notice you, they greet and offer to help just in case you need them. The ground floor has items for kitchen but was scant while the top floor was full of kiddies' wear and they were on sale.
Everything was laid out well. It was very easy to find what you were looking for. The displays were laid out lovely. Any problems finding what you wanted somebody would always be there to help you. The food hall had everything you could have wanted. Overall the whole shop looked lovely. Which tempted customers to go in.
