If you want to go shopping and want a decent quality on what you pay, the this is still the place. Not to mention the variety of goods available in the store. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for
It's a great place, I wish "the bridge" wasn't such an ugly crossover to an uninspiring men's and caf section. It always seems to me a temporary construction workaround. You need a proper interior designer which I believe you can afford.
Nice Waitroses hidden in the basement of John Lewis. Wide selection of good quality food with a young and friendly staff. Parking in the underground car park is convenience and free on Thursdays after 18:00. Just a word of caution on the carpark it can be a little tight if you have a large car. You will see this from the paintwork scrapings on many of the walls and support pillars.
Great service, greeted and questions answered quickly very happy to shop there even though they were busy. Thank you for all the help. Christmas a success because of John Lewis.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and asked if I needed help. The staff member gave me some great information. When I went up to the ladies department, I was then greeted by a very enthusiastic South African staff member. He was brilliant! . At the tills there were 2 people in front of me and immediately they opened up another till. Excellent customer service
