Just delicious! Lots of choice, savoury and sweet, vegan as well. Only 4 stars because I don't know about their toilets. Thank you.
Ridiculously overpriced place compared to other spots in Kingston. Their large coffee size is smaller than regular sizes at other places. While it was good coffee, I literally got about 3 drinks of it before it was gone. I paid 11.5 for a tiny coffee and an average brioche sandwich with eggs and bacon. I'm giving 2 stars only because the coffee was good, but it is just not worth the price in my opinion.
Excellent every time. Great veggy range. Watch out fast food chains. This place is wonderful!
Very good coffee. The only gripe is the beef tomatoes in the sandwiches. It can get really busy at peak times - so much so that there are no seats available!It can be a bit of a creche though - every time I have been here, there is a crying baby to listen to; fine for the parents, but a real mood killer if you are just trying to relax with a nice coffee.
Its with a heavy heart I write this as have been coming here with my wife once a week for a years now and thoroughly enjoyed the food and coffee. Noticed the prices were creeping up but I never have an issue spending money on quality. Final straw came the other week after years of ordering a full breakfast without mushrooms ( I'm allergic) and avocado instead I was told the manager had ' clamped down' on substitutions and would be charging me an extra 2 for this from now on. I've never seen anything so petty from a breakfast place. Its not like I'm asking to replace the salad with a steak! I'm giving 2 stars for serving me so well over the years ( even the lovely lady at the till cringed at the prospect of having to tell people this - she was incredibly apologetic) and looking for somewhere else that serves delicious food and wont be so tight
