Myself and my partner dined here twice during our short stay in Kingston. The restaurant is located by the river, therefore has lovely views. There is lots of choice from both the breakfast and main menu and the food is tasty. The restaurant is funky and the staff are friendly. A 12% optional service charge is automatically added to the bill, something to be aware of if you want to leave your own tip...
We went here with family and all of us walked away happy. I opted for the fish finger sandwich and was in a food heaven straight away. Between us we had 5 different dishes, all of us said how pleasant it was and they cater for allergies superbly by asking directly before you sit down.
I would like to say thank you very much guys for your very good customer service. We were in this place with my family a month ago, food was delicious and very good customer service. I think the name of the waiter was Marta. They even gave us an umbrella because it was raining. Very recommend this place!
Turned up when they were very busy but the staff immediately found us somewhere. The staff were brilliant, especially our server Sophia, as they were so friendly and nothing felt like too much trouble. Food was delicious and hot.Very reasonable prices. Didnt have high expectations for a chain but this customer service was excellent!Will definitely come back!
Bills is one of my favourites. The food is a real mix of English through to Mediterranean. Food is tasty and fresh. Plenty to choose from and the kids menu is great for the smaller tummies. Cocktails are very good and moreishLovely setting on the river and is lovely on nice sunny day if lucky enough to grab a table.Staff are friendly and attentive.
