Took our very sick cat there and the care and understanding has been exceptional from the whole team. Alison has gone above and beyond what I expected from a vet and although the prognosis was poor, Alison's skill and experience (with the help of the team for overnight care) has saved our cat. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.
A lovely surgery with a really friendly team, which has taken great care of my cat, and helped saved her when she was very very ill. They were so kind they even came to my house to see Lottie when I was too worried to put her back into the carry cage.04/10/ 18. I went back for Lottie's check up today, and she has really improved putting on all the weight she had originally lost and is back on the road to recovery. This is all down to the huge amazing help of Kingston Vets. I thoroughly recommend the hard working team at this surgery. The care is incredible.
Continues to be amazing a year down the road. Phoned up last week with sick and distressed puppy and asked if I could get there in 20 minutes, which I did. Audrey was treated with great care, as was I!!! Wonderful, helpful receptionist, vet and nurse, so lovely. Can't praise or thank them enough. Neurotic owner!!!
We had our previous vet for 12 years and then moved far away. Third time lucky we found Kingston vet and have not looked back since.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly like that I am not talked down upon, like at the other local vets we tried. Communication is clear and helpful, the attitude is caring and the care provided is based on the needs of the animal and not on the clinics need to make more money. Thank you for being there for us.
