I am a regular customer at Unqlo and have always found the service good (although why they moved the tills into the cramped space in the corner is beyond me)I tried various things on in the first floor changing rooms which were filthy.I took some sale items to the till and they rang up at non sale prices.I pointed this out to the woman on the till who said they were non sale items. I explained that they came from a sale rack and it said the sale price would show up at the till.I went up stairs with her to show her and she became rude and said a customer must have moved the whole display!I asked to see the Manager who expalined that all the sale items had a label on them but oops these items didn't.She couldn't care less.........
Lovely store just found not enough space to walk about. Plus they had only one paying counter
Nice clothes but no so much variety in style but probably that's why people go there?
It is a multiple selling good everyday clothes. Try items on in store, I find the cut slightly different so not everything fits as I like. As a family we have made many purchases.
I really love Uniqlo Kingston but they have almost never got my size in stock and Im a medium! Must do better come on Uniqlo all I want to do is buy a few polo shirts.
