I was shocked by staff, could not believe that they shout on their customers.
The staff are very rude in this shop especially the post office area! They never let me return my parcels even though they've already been pre paid for and trying to collect parcels from there is a nightmare they say it's not there even though I can see it right in front of me! Nothing wrong with the rest of the shop but how can you describe the post office as friendly?? It is completely the opposite. I dread going there. The guy is never able to crack a smile or say 'Good morning ' or 'Good afternoon'. Even if you try 'Hello' he just ignores you.
