Great cinema! Clean and 3D is amazing (I wish they would recycle the 3D glasses after the film).... of course popcorn is super expensive, like any other cinema chain, but I like the fact that you can buy low alcoholic beverages with it to add to your experience
excellent staff all around. clean, tidy, friendly people and well designed place. Screen 15 is a regular treat and in particular id like to say the staff are excellent. first rate experience.
I had to leave a good review for this cinema. My Mrs and I went to see Mr Glass (2019) and we'd booked the wrong seats! We explained the situation to the cinema worker (Louise, I think) and she was really helpful. She switched the seats quick as a flash and we made it in time to watch the film! Good film too, Samuel L Jackson was brilliant.
Good location for transport - opposite Kingston train station and Cromwell Road bus station.Numerous screens of different sizes. Seats comfortable though an extra inch wouldn't go amiss (as the actress said to the bishop..... sorry, couldn't help myself ).Reasonable leg room.Staff were all helpful and friendly.Could have done with the heating turning up a degree or two, even the staff were cold.Accessibility good - escalator and lifts up to cinema (and restaurants) from main entrance (automatic doors), disabled loo next to Costa near entrance to screens, lift to screen area as well as stairs. I visited Screen 6 where the first 3 rows (A-C) are on the flat and with wheelchair spaces. Premium seats are in Row G.There's also another disabled loo opposite Screen 6.
It's probably a good place to go if you're a teenager with no manners or care for others... While there management had to come into the cinema to 'police' the behaviour. If you can drive 10 minutes up the road to Esher to go to Everyman cinema - a proper cinema experience & cheaper!
