Had a few issues with council during 2018. None were dealt with promptly, properly or to a good standard.No one answers the phone. Website does not have the info I need, emails unanswered for over a week...Missing food waste bin reported, after several reminders that it was still missing, it was finally delivered after 3 months (instead of 2 weeks)...Missed waste collection on Mon apparently my fault as putting bins out on Sun afternoon is too late...List goes on and on!
RBK very likely are not only the worst counsel in the UK but possibly the worst organisation in the world. Practically thieves who manage MM's and yet deliver a joke of a service. Staff are rude, listless and would have 100% starved if they worked in private enterprise. Please consider terminating all of your management / leadership and hiring conscientious, experienced and proven people who actually want to succeed as what we have now is just sad and lets not start on the blatant back handers and clear collusion in the planning dept... It's evident that everyone agrees with me
Terrible! Can't get through to switch board and website doesn't work for appealing against a parking fine. Shocking! The PCN is from over a year ago and was entirely due to the council not fitting the parking machines with the facility to accept the new 1 coins when they came out. Unbelievably inconvenient and no doubt the PCN will end up going to court as they don't tell you how to go to an independent adjudicator.
Thurs 20 Dec 2019. Called main contact centre number to chase up on a repair.Started at 09:00 and gave up at 14:30 as the phone was ringing and no one was picking up and no recorded message.In desperation I contacted our Housing estate manager and informed her of this. I got a mail back saying she had been in touch with the Helpdesk manager and someone will be calling me back. At 16:45 I got a call back from someone not at CH and took my request.Why were there no staff available on the MAIN call centre phone 4 days before Xmas. Shocking resourcing.
