If I could give no stars I would!By far the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with, I supposedly spoke to the practice manger Ellen or Helen on the phone who was totally unhelpful and when I raised my concerns with her about this she told me to find another solicitor to use!. If they want to deal with a clients legal case like this then what does it say about the firm and how they would deal with other legal matters, totally out of order. I feel they need to work on their appalling communication skills and not talk over clients because if it wasnt for the client they wouldnt have a case. I would steer well clear of this place. Deffinetely wouldnt hire them to work for on my behalf. There is better in London for sure!
