Russell Cooke Solicitors didn't work in my interests as they never advised me that I was unlawfully committed to trial contrary to section 6 Magistrates Court Act 1980 and they never advised that the prosecution had prepared a defective committal bundle. When Russell Cooke Solicitors were caught out, they did not put things right. Instead, when I could prove it with hard physical evidence, they threatened legal action in an attempt to retrieve the incriminating evidence back as they knew the ramifications of what I can prove. When that failed, I was tried in the Crown Court and guess who was on my jury? Yes, an employee who works for Russell Cooke solicitors in Kingston Upon Thames. When I served a notice of publication to Russell Cooke Solicitors regarding this matter, they did not admit any liability. Instead Russell Cooke claim that they did not have enough time to consider the paperwork in my case. Beware of Russell Cooke Solicitors.
