Great looking sofas
Ordered a sofa. After three months delivery fails because sofa can't fit into the door.. We have a bigger sofa in the living room, which turns out to be made of two parts which are bolted.. When I was signing the papers nobody discussed the specific details of the construction of the new sofa and we have standard door frames so I do suspect I was not unreasonable to sign based on this information. Now Sofa workshop (DFS) demands an extra payment of 400 to make this sofa in two parts so that it fits.. Which we are not happy to pay.. Retailer is not replying and shows zero interest in resolving this. I was told by the shop worker that DFS has good lawyers and my signature on the papers means this only my fault.
