He was a disappointment. A day before the visit I asked by phone if he was set to come as agreed a couple of weeks earlier. He said yes. But didn't show up. After waiting beyond the arrange time, I phoned twice, including a voice message with one. No reply. So I got someone else to call with their phone and leave a short message. He called her back within minutes. Once she identified herself as calling on my behalf, he put the phone down on her! What a strange way to behave!
