Appalling practice, could not get seen even as an emergency. My GP had to take over. Incompetent response on follow up attempts. Rather than take ownership and start resolving the situation. The actual Dentist told staff in front of other patients that I was deregistering myself, I doubt that this is permitted by the QCC they have a dreadful reputation justly deserved. If you want to keep smiling I strongly advise you to take your custom elsewhere
I have been going to Dr. Hadir for years and he is the most patient and caring dentist I have ever met. I have recommended him to many and also take my son to him. Can't recommend enough!
I had received the reminder from Oasis Dental Care Ltd about outstanding balance for 45. Today I managed to go to surgery to find out what is this charge about, as I had stopped using the surgery after the terrible treatment I had received ( I was supposed to be treated for root canal instead got filling replaced) was carried out by Sundry up to 10.09.2012. The receptionist advised me that the charge was for "Broken Appointment Fee", which meant I didn't call to cancel my appointment three times( according to your computer system). However I always call to advise about canceling my appointment, unfortunately the number I used is no longer in use by me so I am not able to provide the proof I had called to cancel any appointments. Moreover I had never been advised that I have to pay a fee of 45 if I cancel my appointment. I did pay the 45 just to have a peace, as I am pregnant and being taken out from your patient list but I still am very annoyed about the whole situation
