Rude over priced and not getting my money
the worst store in Kingston, rude and arrogant staff, they do not help the customer, bad customer service, products in poor condition and expired dates, dirty and the staff always wants to take away more money from you. Do not waste your time and money in that store.
The office is part of the store. Opening hours are supposed to be at 8 am. I was there at 7:50. Got served by a guy called rumal who then started to get stroppy I was expecting to post something at 8:10.
This is my favourite Post Office in Kingston, hands down. I have been their regular customer for almost 2 years now, and even though I moved to a new place and have another, closer Post Office point (Kingston Hill), I still keep visiting Hawks Local. All of their staff is super helpful, they process my business shipments impressively fast (even as late as 9:30pm), and always with a smile. Special shout-out to Ruban, JK, Kumaran and Theep - thank you so much for all your hard work, guys (...and see you next week, as always :-))!
Would not recommend this post office, worst experience ever. If possible use other branch.
