The personal bankers change regularly and don't really understand the products they apparently manage.If you want to borrow, there are better options, if you have money to invest, there are far better places. They seem like an odd choice for transnational banking.My relationship went well whilst my needs were simply and until they moved my accounts to a manager who didn't really know what she was doing and just cackled whenever she was asked anything remotely complicated.
